Being an avid reader, I’m always looking for books to read, especially those that get me hooked very quickly. “Six of Crows” did exactly that. From the very first page, I was captivated by the group of misfits as they attempted to pull off the heist of a lifetime. The twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough.
But for me, the true beauty of this book lies in its characters. Each one of them is so fully realized and complex, and I found myself completely invested in their stories. The mastermind, a turned assassin, a gambling addict; this is just the start! Each character has their determination, slowly lighting a fire inside of me.
The world-building in “Six of Crows” is also nothing short of impressive. The Grishaverse is so rich and immersive, and I loved getting lost in it. The magic system, the politics, and the different cultures all contributed to the depth and complexity of the world.
“Six of Crows” was an absolute pleasure to read. The complex and fully realized characters, the action-packed plot, and the immersive world all combined to make it a truly unforgettable reading experience.
