Euphoria hit me like a ton of bricks, the moment I took a step through the main gate. Even though it was just for an interview, it was still crazy for me to figure out that this was the place which was soon going to be my second home for two whole years.
To me, the ‘Nixor Experience’ is everything college life has to offer. This means keeping up with academics, trying out sports, meeting new people, joining entities and being a part of thrilling events. But most importantly the college experience is all about experimenting. They say, “time flies when you’re having fun,” so I want to try as many things before these next years become part of my memory.
Nixor has its atmosphere and charm. That was something I realized when I got the chance to attend Nixor’s Summer Program. It was the meet and greet which allowed me to discover all the entities and get to know about their expertise.
After much consideration, I decided to be a part of the Journalism Team of Nixor Creative Studios, and it’s safe to say that I don’t regret it.
On my first day of corporate, I got to meet the whole team once informally. I also had the chance to talk to other volunteers who shared the same interests as me. As weeks went on, I noticed how good the chemistry all the teams had in their entities and how well they all worked in their respective departments.
Overall it was a pretty exciting period for me knowing I have something new to look up to related to corporate every single day. It seemed that everyone finally had gotten a taste of what it’s like to plan and execute various events and tasks for their respective entities and were all geared up for college to start.
